Sua missão 🥇 Você será peça-chave para impulsionar a nossa eficiência operacional no chão de fábrica! Sua missão será atuar lado a lado com a produção para medir, analisar e padronizar os tempos de execução das nossas células de costura. Buscamos alguém prático, com forte vivência em confecção, para nos ajudar a identificar gargalos, balancear nossas linhas e garantir um fluxo de produção saudável e contínuo.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais serão suas responsabilidades? 🎯 Cronometragem e Estudo de Tempos: Realizar cronoanálise prática (tomada de tempos) direto na linha de produção (operações de costura e acabamento);Balanceamento de Linha: Auxiliar no balanceamento diário das células de produção, garantindo que o fluxo não tenha gargalos operacionais;Padronização: Mapear operações e ajudar a definir os métodos e roteiros de produção mais eficientes para os produtos;Apoio Operacional: Diagnosticar o fluxo produtivo em parceria com as lideranças para identificar oportunidades de redução de desperdícios;Controle e Indicadores: Alimentar relatórios e planilhas com os dados coletados no chão de fábrica para gerar indicadores de eficiência.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil que buscamos 🔎 Valorizamos muito quem "entende de máquina", tem perfil "mão na massa" e gosta da dinâmica ágil da produção têxtil.O que você precisa ter: Forte experiência prática com cronoanálise, estudo de tempos e métodos no setor têxtil/confecção;Vivência com balanceamento de linha de costura;Formação: Ensino Técnico Completo (Técnico em Vestuário, Produção de Moda, Processos Têxteis ou áreas correlatas do SENAI/equivalentes) OU Ensino Superior Cursando em Engenharia de Produção, Têxtil ou Administração;Disponibilidade para trabalho totalmente presencial em Joinville - SC.
