Responsabilidades e atribuições 🎯 Principais responsabilidadesMinistrar treinamentos teóricos e práticos para formação de novos costureiros(as).Ensinar a operação, o manuseio e a regulagem básica de máquinas industriais de costura.Orientar sobre o uso de acessórios, guias e aparelhos que otimizam a montagem das peças.Interpretar fichas técnicas, instruções operacionais e peças piloto, traduzindo as orientações para a equipe de produção.Promover a padronização dos processos, a qualidade dos acabamentos e a redução de retrabalhos.Contribuir para o ganho de produtividade e o desenvolvimento técnico das equipes.

Requisitos e qualificações 🔎 RequisitosEnsino Médio completo, com curso técnico em Vestuário, Moda, Costura Industrial ou Modelagem.Domínio da operação e regulagem de máquinas industriais de costura.Conhecimento em costura do segmento esportivo.Noções de tempos e métodos e balanceamento de linha.Boa comunicação, didática, paciência e habilidade para ensinar.Atenção aos detalhes, empatia e facilidade para fornecer feedbacks construtivos.
