Stellenbeschreibung

Deine Aufgabe

Als Junior Business Partner Technik (m/w/d) bist du der technische Coach für rund 70 Filialen und bringst gemeinsam mit deinen Kollegen unsere Werkstätten fachlich nach vorne.

  • Erster fachlicher Ansprechpartner für unsere Werkstattleiter
  • Planung und Durchführung von Trainings, vom Einzeltraining bis zur Gruppenunterweisung
  • Gestaltung eigener Unterrichtssequenzen
  • Coaching der Filialen zu Werkstattorganisation, Abläufen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Bearbeitung technischer Schadens- und Reklamationsfälle bis hin zum Gerichtsverfahren
  • Fachliche Weisungsbefugnis gegenüber den Filialteams, ohne disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung
  • Eigenständige Planung von Touren, Terminen und Prioritäten

Damit du genau weißt, worauf du dich einlässt:

  • 100 % Außendienst, ohne festes Büro und ohne garantierten Office-Tag
  • Betreuung von ca. 70 Filialen gemeinsam mit 1–2 Kollegen
  • Einzugsgebiet Bayern und Thüringen mit regelmäßigen, teils längere Fahrstrecken
  • Breites Fachspektrum von Fahrzeugtechnik bis zu rechtlich relevanten Schadensfällen, das du dir Schritt für Schritt aufbaust
  • Direkte Berichtslinie an den zuständigen Bezirksdirektor

Qualifikationen

  • Kfz-Meister, Jungmeister oder in der Meisterausbildung
  • Alternativ ambitionierter Geselle oder Kfz Servicetechniker mit der Bereitschaft zum berufsbegleitenden Meister (Bezuschussung gegeben)
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung als Werkstattleiter, technischer Trainer oder Coach von Vorteil
  • Freude an Wissensvermittlung und erste pädagogische Kenntnisse, z. B. durch die AEVO
  • Ausgeprägte Selbstorganisation und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft, Führerschein Klasse B und Wohnort im Einzugsgebiet
