Deine Aufgaben

  • bearbeite Kundenanliegen und kommuniziere serviceorientiert
  • pflege und verwalte Stammdaten
  • unterstütze die Fuhrparkmanager im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • prüfe Rechnungen sowie vorbereitende Buchhaltung
  • sei Ansprechpartner für Lieferanten, Kunden und Fahrer
  • bearbeite administrative Themen strukturiert und zuverlässig
  • sorge für reibungslose Abläufe im Fuhrparkmanagement

Qualifikationen

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännisch Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • gerne mit erster Erfahrung im Fuhrparkmanagement, Rechnungswesen oder Customer Service
  • strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
