Seit 1994 deckt die ESTATO Umweltservice GmbH die komplette Entsorgungskette von Sekundärrohstoffen aus dem Kfz-Gewerbe ab. Stellenbeschreibung

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche administrative und organisatorische Entlastung sowie Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Professionelle Steuerung des Terminkalenders, Koordination von internen sowie externen Terminen und vorausschauende Reiseplanung inklusive Abrechnung
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung interner und externer Termine (Führungskräftemeetings, Kunden, Lieferanten, Workshops) inklusive Erstellung aussagekräftiger Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Abwicklung und Priorisierung der gesamten internen und externen Korrespondenz sowie telefonischer Erstkontakt
  • Unterstützung bei kaufmännischen Tätigkeiten, wie z. B. vorbereitende Buchhaltung, Rechnungsprüfung und Kostenkontrolle
  • Schnittstellenfunktion und vertrauensvoller Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter, Führungskräfte sowie externe Geschäftspartner und Dienstleister
  • Selbstständige Durchführung und Nachverfolgung von Sonderprojekten sowie Ad-hoc-Recherchen

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau) oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium sowie mehrjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Assistenzfunktion
  • Fachkompetenz: Fundiertes kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie sichere Kenntnisse in modernen Büroorganisations- und Dokumentationsprozessen
  • System- & IT-Know-how: Sehr sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace sowie idealerweise Anwenderkenntnisse in ERP- oder CRM-Systemen
  • Organisationsstärke: Ausgeprägtes Planungs- und Organisationstalent gepaart mit einer strukturierten, zielgerichteten und vorausschauenden Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikation & Diskretion: Souveränes, professionelles Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und absolute Vertrauenswürdigkeit sowie Diskretion im Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten
  • Arbeitsweise: Hohe Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Stressresistenz verbunden mit Serviceorientierung und ausgeprägtem Teamgeist
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
