Als Wachstumstreiber verbindet A11 die ambitioniertesten europäischen Start-ups, Scale-ups und KMUs mit Top-Talenten, die bereit sind, echten Impact zu erzielen.

Unser Partner ist ein Early-Stage-Venture innerhalb eines etablierten Bauunternehmens. Die Mission: den Generalunternehmer 2.0 bauen, mit KI-first gedachten, digital gestützten Prozessen und Tools. Die Datenplattform und die Architektur der zentralen Software-Plattform sind bereits in Bewegung, und das Venture steuert auf die Seed-Phase zu. Genau jetzt braucht es jemanden, der die technische Verantwortung übernimmt. Als Tech Lead / CTO (m/w/d) triffst du die Architekturentscheidungen, führst die Software- und Data-Engineers im Tagesgeschäft und baust das Team mit künftigen Hires weiter auf. Gleichzeitig bist du die technische Schnittstelle zum Mutterunternehmen und verantwortest die Zusammenarbeit mit dessen Data-Platform-Team. Das ist eine Founder-nahe Rolle, keine reine Engineering-Position: Ein großer Teil deiner Zeit fließt in gute Entscheidungen unter Unsicherheit und in eine technische Partnerschaft über zwei Organisationen hinweg, nicht nur ins Schreiben von Code.

Sei verantwortlich für:

  • Die technische Ownership für Datenplattform und Applikationsarchitektur, die bereits im Aufbau sind
  • Die Führung der Software- und Data-Engineers, die die zentrale Software-Plattform entwickeln, sowie den Aufbau des Teams mit künftigen Hires
  • Die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Data-Platform-Team des Mutterunternehmens als technische:r Ansprechpartner:in auf Augenhöhe
  • Build-vs-Buy- und Tooling-Entscheidungen, die du unter echtem Zeitdruck triffst und gegenüber Stakeholdern vertrittst
  • Die technische Roadmap und Infrastruktur auf dem Weg in die Seed-Phase, inklusive CI/CD-Guardrails
  • Die Übersetzung technischer Fragen für nicht-technische Stakeholder auf beiden Seiten

Dein Profil:

  • Senior-Engineering-Manager-Background mit Erfahrungen über Data und Software hinweg
  • Nachweisbare Ownership für mindestens einen 0-to-1-Build
  • Du bist souverän als technisches Gegenüber für nicht-technische Stakeholder: Du vertrittst eine Position, liest die Dynamik und bleibst kollaborativ
  • Echte Routine im KI-gestützten Engineering: Du steuerst die Tools, erkennst falsche Annahmen und weißt, wann du einen Vorschlag verwirfst
  • Du argumentierst in Trade-offs statt in Vorlieben und kannst offen benennen, was du in früheren Entscheidungen heute anders machen würdest
  • Echte Neugier auf die Baubranche und das Ausschreibungswesen, Fachtiefe musst du nicht mitbringen
  • Fließendes Deutsch
  • Bonus: Erfahrung in Bau, Beschaffung oder AEC, in einem Spin-out oder Carve-out aus einem größeren Unternehmen sowie Kenntnisse im Vergaberecht
  • Ein bestimmter Tech-Stack oder Framework-Erfahrung ist keine Voraussetzung.
