About this role:
fal is building a community of creators, filmmakers, designers, and creative technologists at the frontier of generative media. We’re looking for someone to build and own our influencer and UGC program.
You’ll manage the program end to end: identifying creators, building relationships, developing briefs and concepts, negotiating partnerships, and turning great creator work into a repeatable growth channel.
We care deeply about quality over quantity. We’re not trying to build the largest influencer program or flood feeds with sponsored content. We want a curated network of creators whose work is genuinely great, who understand what fal is building, and who are excited to build with us. You should have exceptional taste, a high creative bar, and strong instincts for who and what feels right for fal.
This role sits on the Marketing team and works closely with our external partners.
What you’ll do
- Manage fal’s influencer and UGC strategy and program.
- Build a curated network of creators, AI filmmakers, designers, and creative technologists who are a strong fit for fal.
- Own creator partnerships end to end, from sourcing and outreach through briefing, negotiation, content review, and measurement.
- Develop long-term relationships with creators who become recurring collaborators and genuine advocates for fal.
- Activate creators around model and product launches, including early access, sponsored projects, credits, and original concepts.
- Maintain a high creative bar across everything we put our name behind.
- Build repeatable systems for sourcing, contracting, tracking, and measuring creator partnerships.
- Identify strong creator content and amplify what works.
Requirements/Nice to have
- Experience building and running influencer, creator, or UGC programs end to end.
- Exceptional creative taste and a high bar for quality across creators, concepts, and content.
- Deep familiarity with internet and creator culture across X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of generative media and the emerging AI creator ecosystem.
- Experience sourcing, briefing, negotiating with, and managing creators directly.
- Strong instincts for creator-brand fit and the judgment to prioritize quality and originality over follower count or volume.
- Experience managing creator budgets, contracts, usage rights, whitelisting, and paid partnerships.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple partnerships at once.
- Nice to haves; Existing network across generative AI, AI filmmaking, design, or creative technology.
- Experience with affiliate programs, whitelisting, or partnership ads.
- Experience as a creator or on the talent/management side.

Compensation
- $ 150 000 - $ 190 000+ equity + comprehensive benefits package
