Wir suchen einen Workplace IT Engineer – Microsoft 365 & User Support (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres IT Operations Teams in München. In dieser Rolle sorgst du für einen reibungslosen IT-Arbeitsplatz unserer Mitarbeitenden, unterstützt bei technischen Fragestellungen und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung unserer modernen Workplace-Umgebung bei.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst den L1-/L2-Support für Workplace-Technologien und Microsoft 365.
  • Du verwaltest Windows- und mobile Endgeräte über Microsoft Intune.
  • Du verwaltest Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechte in Active Directory, Entra ID und Microsoft 365.
  • Du stellst die Sicherheit und Compliance unserer Endgeräte sicher.
  • Du unterstützt das Hardware-, Software- und IT-Asset-Management.
  • Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Dokumentationen, der Automatisierung von Prozessen sowie der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer IT-Services mit.

Requirements

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Workplace IT / End User Computing.
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory und Microsoft 365 mit.
  • Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und gehst technische Herausforderungen strukturiert und lösungsorientiert an.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, serviceorientiert und gerne im Team.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutsch, Französisch oder Chinesisch sind von Vorteil.
  • Kenntnisse in macOS oder relevante Microsoft- bzw. ITSM-Zertifizierungen sind ein Plus.
