1.Design interfaces for growth and monetization, including subscription/upgrade pop-ups, SEO landing pages, marketing campaign pages, etc.; 2.Optimize key conversion paths (registration, subscription, feature onboarding, etc.) to improve conversion rates; 3.Collaborate with product and growth teams to participate in A/B testing and design iterations; 4.Help users understand product value through clear visual and information architecture. 岗位职责 1、设计增长与商业化相关界面，如订阅/升级弹窗、SEO Landing Page、营销活动页等； 2、优化关键转化路径（注册、订阅、功能引导等），提升转化率； 3、与产品、增长团队协作，参与 A/B Test 与设计迭代； 4、通过清晰的视觉与信息结构帮助用户理解产品价值。

1.2–4 years of product or web design experience; experience in growth or monetization design is preferred. 2.Strong visual expression capabilities, able to design high-conversion pages. 3.Familiar with growth scenarios including landing pages and marketing pages. 4.Proficient in design tools such as Figma, with good communication and collaboration skills.
