1. Develop and implement recruitment plans based on the company's annual business strategy, continuously optimize recruitment channels and strategies, and enhance recruitment efficiency and quality. 2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, background checks, and offer communication, ensuring compliance and efficiency while continuously improving the candidate experience. 3. As an HRBP, deeply understand business strategies and pain points, providing comprehensive solutions in organizational development, team building, performance management, talent development, and employee relations to support the achievement of business goals. 4. Collaborate with business department leaders to accurately assess talent needs, participate in job design, leverage data analysis to drive recruitment and talent decisions, and support business transformation and organizational optimization.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. 2. 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with a background in internet, technology, finance, or HRBP roles. 3. Familiarity with various recruitment channels and tools, with solid hands-on recruitment experience and team management skills. 4. Strong data analysis, communication, coordination, and business acumen. 5. Proficient in English as a working language, capable of fluent written and verbal communication.
