The posting

‑ Local marketing execution: Receive marketing assets from headquarters, manage ad‑delivery coordination and performance tracking for local channels including Naver, Kakao and YouTube. ‑ Offline events & partnership management: Liaise with Korean gaming media, 3D‑platform operators, industry associations and event organizers. Plan co‑marketing campaigns, featured content, competitions and product‑launch activities. ‑ Vendor & budget administration: Oversee local agencies, suppliers, contracts and budget execution. Ensure every partnership is equipped with UTM parameters, invitation codes, lead‑collection mechanisms and revenue attribution tracking. ‑ Cross‑team collaboration: Work closely with the Creator, BD and Community teams (including interns) to deliver overall growth targets for the South‑Korea market. ‑ Performance review & reporting: Conduct regular reviews of ads, events and partnership outcomes in Korea, deliver optimization recommendations and report progress to stakeholders.

‑ Language requirements: Native‑level Korean proficiency, with the ability to communicate smoothly with headquarters in Chinese or English. ‑ Professional experience: 3+ years of working experience in marketing partnership, media cooperation, field marketing or growth operations. ‑ Industry background: Candidates with existing resources in gaming, AI, SaaS, design‑tool or developer‑ecosystem industries are preferred. ‑ Core competencies: Execution‑oriented, reliable, diligent and agile. You will proactively collaborate with leadership to drive projects forward, take on diverse responsibilities and deliver tangible results with available resources.
