Job Responsibilities 1、Fully own Pinterest as an acquisition channel: independently determine target audience and content direction, manage operational rhythm and priorities, and drive the entire process from strategy to execution. 2、Primarily drive traffic growth through organic means: leverage high-quality content, Pinterest SEO, account management, and creator/community partnerships to explore low-cost, sustainable, and scalable acquisition methods. 3、Take full ownership of the channel's business results: focus on account growth and traffic performance in the early stage, with registrations, paid subscriptions, and customer acquisition cost from Pinterest as core long-term metrics. 4、Build and continuously optimize the conversion funnel from Pin to registration to payment: mobilize growth, design, front-end, and content resources to address any gaps in the funnel that impact conversion. 5、Make growth explainable and replicable: set up necessary data tracking and attribution, and develop effective content and keyword methodologies through continuous experimentation.

Job Requirements 1、At least 2 years of hands-on Pinterest experience with verifiable results. Deep understanding of Pinterest title and description optimization, Board structure, content freshness mechanisms, and distribution patterns. 2、Ability to independently define high-quality visual content. You can create pins that make people want to click — not just schedule and publish. 3、Scalable content production capabilities and methodologies. Able to design a sustainable content pipeline, leveraging AI tools and automation to multiply human output by several times. 4、Strong data skills and growth mindset. 5、Strong ownership and self-motivation. Able to set your own pace, prioritize, and deliver results without being micromanaged. 6、Genuine interest in AI, 3D, game art, 3D printing, figurines, or design creation. Able to understand what the target users are talking about.

Bonus Points:​ Experience acquiring users for SaaS/subscription products (especially AI tools or creator tools) — with the understanding that "sign-up ≠ paid conversion." Background or community presence in 3D/gaming/3D printing/design. Experience building an organic traffic channel from scratch (TikTok, Reddit, or YouTube) with a reproducible methodology.
