The posting

1.Responsible for rigging, animation, character performance and cinematography of IPs, characters and products, covering the full workflow from 3D assets to final rendered videos. 2.Complete rigging, animation, motion design and VFX production based on AI-generated 3D assets. 3.Lead all animation stages throughout the full IP lifecycle: modeling → 3D printing → rigging & animation → functional demo videos. 4.Deliver enterprise-level projects including game IP content, brand commercials, virtual worlds / VR experiences, celebrity fashion replica assets, complying with industry pipeline standards for games and film & television. 5.Act as the core quality benchmark for the team, oversee high-level aesthetics of animation acting and timing, and establish standardized guidelines for rigging and animation production.

1. Background in animation, game art or film & television with over 5 years of working experience. 2. Proficient in rigging and animation tools including Maya, Blender and C4D; familiar with animation pipelines of Unreal and Unity. 3. Solid expertise in rigging, animation, motion design and character performance, with sound grasp of fundamental animation principles and cinematography. 4. Proven track record of end-to-end delivery for large B-side projects such as top-tier game IPs, film productions and brand commercials; demo reel required. 5. Well-versed in asset pipelines including topology, skeleton rigging, skinning, polygon budget and PBR workflow. 6. Open to AI tools and capable of integrating AI-generated assets into animation workflows.

Bonus Qualifications Experience with AIGC 3D, AI motion generation or motion capture. Knowledge of VFX and physical simulation, with Houdini proficiency. Able to write Python/MEL scripts to automate animation workflows (TD-oriented capabilities). Hands-on experience with world models, real-time interaction or VR projects.
