The posting

1. Conduct overseas user research through interviews and surveys to understand user needs, use cases, and pain points. 2. Manage global user communities (Discord, Reddit, X/Twitter, etc.), collect user feedback, and build relationships with key users and creators. 3. Analyze user feedback and behavior data to generate insights, prioritize needs, and provide product improvement recommendations. 4. Establish user feedback loops and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve product experience. 5. Organize Beta testing, user co-creation programs, and other initiatives to drive continuous product iteration.

1. 3+ years of experience in user research, community operations, product operations, or user growth. 2. Strong user interview, needs analysis, and insight generation skills. 3. Familiarity with global community platforms such as Discord, Reddit, and X/Twitter; overseas user operations experience is a plus. 4. Strong cross-functional collaboration and project execution skills. 5. Professional English communication skills, with the ability to independently engage with global users. 6. Experience with AI products, creator tools, SaaS, 3D, or design software is a plus.
