Roles & Responsibilities 1. Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. 2. Conduct market research to identify talent hotspots, industry trends, and effective engagement approaches. 3. Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions across various platforms and communities. 4. Proactively reach out to potential candidates via email, social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Maimai, Boss, Liepin), and phone to assess interest and promote opportunities. 5. Track, analyze, and report on sourcing metrics (e.g., conversion rates) to optimize strategies and improve process efficiency.

Hands-on experience with recruiting platforms like Maimai, Boss, Liepin and LinkedIn. 3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather data, identify issues, and suggest improvements. 4. Excellent teamwork, communication, and fast-learning abilities. 5. Proficiency in English is a plus.
