1、负责海外员工全生命周期管理，覆盖欧美等主要市场，包括入职、合同、试用期/转正、异动、休假、福利、离职及员工信息维护等； 2、负责海外员工日常 HR 支持及员工关系事务，作为海外员工的重要 HR 联系窗口，协助处理政策咨询、绩效沟通、员工关怀及基础 ER 问题； 3、搭建并持续优化海外 HR SOP，包括 EOR、Contractor、Onboarding、Offboarding、Leave、Benefit、Payroll、Expense 等相关流程，推动海外 HR 管理标准化； 4、对接 EOR、Payroll、Legal、Background Check、Insurance 等外部供应商，跟进合同、薪酬福利、劳动合规及员工服务相关事项； 5、与国内 HRBP、业务负责人及海外团队协作，支持绩效周期、组织沟通、员工体验及团队文化等 HRBP 工作； 6、维护 HR 系统、员工档案及海外人力数据，持续沉淀不同国家的 HR 实践、政策及操作指引，为业务海外扩张提供支持； 7、参与新国家或新地区的用工方案评估，包括 EOR、Contractor、当地实体等模式的基础调研与落地支持。
1. Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations across international markets, primarily Europe and North America, including onboarding, contracts, probation, internal transfers, leave, benefits, offboarding, and employee data management; 2. Serve as a key HR point of contact for international employees, handling day-to-day HR inquiries, employee experience matters, performance-related coordination, and basic employee relations cases; 3. Build and continuously improve international HR SOPs and operating processes across EOR, contractor management, onboarding, offboarding, leave, benefits, payroll, and expenses; 4. Manage and coordinate with external partners including EOR providers, payroll vendors, legal counsel, background check providers, and insurance or benefits vendors; 5. Partner closely with Business HRBPs, business leaders, and international teams to support performance cycles, organizational communication, employee engagement, and other HRBP-related initiatives; 6. Maintain HR systems, employee records, and international people data, and develop scalable country-level HR guidelines and operating playbooks; 7. Support the assessment and implementation of employment models when entering new markets, including EOR, contractor, and local entity arrangements.
1、本科及以上学历，3 年以上 HR Operations、HR Generalist、HRSSC 或 HRBP 相关经验，有海外 HR、EOR 或跨国公司经验者优先； 2、英语可作为工作语言，具备良好的英文口语及书面沟通能力，能够独立与海外员工、候选人及供应商沟通； 熟悉员工全生命周期管理、员工关系及基础劳动合规，对欧美主要国家 HR 实务有一定了解； 3、具备较强的流程意识和项目推进能力，有从 0–1 搭建或优化 HR 流程、制度、SOP 的经验者优先； 4、具备较强的沟通协调能力、服务意识及责任心，能够在快速变化和跨文化环境下独立推进工作； 5、有 Deel、Remote、Rippling、Workday 或其他国际 HR / EOR 平台经验者优先。
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, HRSSC, or HRBP roles; international HR, EOR, or multinational company experience is preferred; 2. Fluent working proficiency in English, with the ability to independently communicate with international employees, candidates, and external vendors; 3. Solid understanding of employee lifecycle management, employee relations, and basic employment compliance; practical exposure to European or North American HR practices is preferred; 4. Strong process and project management mindset, with experience building or improving HR policies, SOPs, or operational workflows from the ground up; 5. Strong communication, coordination, ownership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-cultural environment; 6. Experience with Deel, Remote, Rippling, Workday, or other global HR / EOR platforms is a plus.
