Wat ga je doen als adviseur Accountancy in Groningen?

Als adviseur accountancy ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en ondersteun je hen in hun bedrijfsvoering. Je stelt jaarrekeningen op en bespreekt deze, begeleidt klanten bij financiële vraagstukken en signaleert kansen voor verbeteringen. Samen met je collega’s werk je aan betekenisvolle relaties en een duurzame toekomst.

Veel van onze klanten zijn actief in snel veranderende agrarische sectoren zoals akkerbouw, melkvee, pluimvee, varkenshouderij en paardenhouderij. Vind je het leuk om je te specialiseren in een van deze sectoren – of in een andere? Dan is die mogelijkheid er.

Werken als adviseur Accountancy in Groningen betekent werken in een fijne cultuur met veel kennisdeling. De sfeer is open, informeel en betrokken en we hebben veel specialismes onder één dak. Dit zorgt voor een dynamische, professionele werkomgeving.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Het beheren van een eigen klantenportefeuille, bestaande uit agrarische bedrijven.
  • Het opstellen en bespreken van jaarrekeningen en tussentijdse cijfers.
  • Het signaleren van kansen en verbeterpunten in de bedrijfsvoering van klanten.
  • Het samenwerken met collega’s zoals belastingadviseurs, juristen en andere specialisten om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.
  • Het bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen binnen jouw team en de organisatie.

Jouw arbeidsvoorwaarden:

  • Salaris: tot € 8.233 op fulltime basis, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring.
  • Keuzevrijheid in verlof: jij bepaalt hoeveel vrije dagen je opneemt, tot 38 per jaar. Kies uit regulier verlof, het aaff-budget of extra dagen via je salaris. Wat je van het aaff-budget niet gebruikt, keren we uit.
  • Thuiswerkbudget van € 550: om je werkplek thuis prettig en ergonomisch in te richten.
  • Vergoeding voor thuiswerken: € 2,45 per thuiswerkdag + € 40 netto internetvergoeding per maand.
  • Duurzaam onderweg: € 0,30 per auto-km voor woon-werkritten, € 0,40 (€ 0,23 netto) per fiets-/wandelkm. Daarbovenop een volledige OV-vergoeding of – bij meer dan 7.500 zakelijke km/jaar – een elektrische leaseauto of mobiliteitsbudget. Bij elektrisch rijden ontvang je € 0,40 per km.
  • Ruimte voor groei, verdieping en verbreding: ontwikkel je verder via de aaff academie of externe opleidingen, gewoon onder werktijd.
  • Jaarlijks € 200 vitaliteitsbudget: voor jouw mentale en fysieke gezondheid en altijd toegang tot ons online platform OpenUp.
  • Flexibel verlof sparen: voor een sabbatical, langere reis of tijd voor jezelf.
  • Feestdagen omruilen: kies twee dagen die passen bij jouw religie of cultuur.
  • Laptop en telefoon: alles wat je nodig hebt om je werk goed te doen.

Wat neem je mee?

  • Kennis en ervaring: je hebt ervaring met accountancy, relatiebeheer en advies en je bent bekend met het opstellen en bespreken van jaarrekeningen.
  • Kennis en ervaring: ervaring met ICT-applicaties en wet- en regelgeving binnen accountancy is een pre.
  • Mentaliteit: proactief, klantgericht en doortastend.
