Director Audit in Nijkerk

Aangenaam, wij zijn aaff. De nieuwe naam in accountancy en advies met maar liefst 180 jaar ervaring. Bij ons ben je meer dan een werknemer: je bent één van de 2000 co-eigenaren. Wat ga je doen als director Audit bij aaff?

Als director Audit bij aaff ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de planning en uitvoering van wettelijke controles van middelgrote en grote ondernemingen. Je stuurt je team aan, begeleidt hen bij hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling en bent een betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt voor je klanten. Je bouwt en onderhoudt relaties met klanten, managet diverse controleteams, draagt bij aan de groei van onze controlepraktijk en tekent weco’s af.

Daarnaast mobiliseer je actief je netwerk in jouw regio om ook op deze wijze bij te dragen aan organisatiedoelstellingen. Tegelijkertijd blijf je up-to-date via kennisgroepen en bijeenkomsten afgestemd op specialisme en ervaringsniveau, zodat je blijft groeien in je vak.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Je geeft leiding aan het controleteam en bouwt actief aan een sterke cliëntenportefeuille.
  • Je hebt direct klantcontact, controleert jaarrekeningen en geeft advies op financieel, beleidsmatig en strategisch gebied én je tekent weco’s af.
  • Je bespreekt regelmatig de voortgang van opdrachten met klanten, zorgt voor nauwkeurige controles en adviseert over financiële strategieën.
  • Het bijhouden van je vaktechnische kennis is voor jou vanzelfsprekend, en je deinst niet terug voor een interne of externe presentaties.
  • Bij aaff werk je in teams die voor elke klant op maat zijn samengesteld, waardoor jouw persoonlijke inbreng groot is.
  • Je streeft als eindverantwoordelijke en tekenend accountant naar naleving van de wet- en regelgeving en de kwaliteitsstandaarden van aaff.

Jouw arbeidsvoorwaarden:

  • Salaris: voor deze functie hoort een salaris tussen € 7.898 en € 13.164 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring.
  • Keuzevrijheid in verlof: jij bepaalt hoeveel vrije dagen je opneemt, tot 38 per jaar. Kies uit regulier verlof, het aaff-budget of extra dagen via je salaris. Wat je van het aaff-budget niet gebruikt, keren we uit.
  • Thuiswerkbudget van € 550: om je werkplek thuis prettig en ergonomisch in te richten.
  • Vergoeding voor thuiswerken: € 2,40 per thuiswerkdag + € 40 netto internetvergoeding per maand.
  • Duurzaam onderweg: 0,30 per auto-km voor woon-werkritten, € 0,40 (€ 0,25 netto) per fiets-/wandelkilometer. Daarbovenop een volledige OV-vergoeding of – bij meer dan 7.500 zakelijke km/jaar – een elektrische leaseauto of mobiliteitsbudget. Bij elektrisch rijden ontvang je € 0,40 per kilometer.
  • Ruimte voor groei, verdieping en verbreding: ontwikkel je verder via de aaff academie of externe opleidingen, gewoon onder werktijd.
  • Jaarlijks € 200 vitaliteitsbudget: voor jouw mentale en fysieke gezondheid en altijd toegang tot ons online platform OpenUp.
  • Flexibel verlof sparen: voor een sabbatical, langere reis of tijd voor jezelf.
  • Feestdagen omruilen: kies twee dagen die passen bij jouw religie of cultuur.
  • Laptop en telefoon: alles wat je nodig hebt om je werk goed te doen.
