Help jij ons om aaff nog beter op de kaart te zetten als aantrekkelijke werkgever? In ons team Arbeidsmarktcommunicatie kun je als stagiair op diverse vlakken meewerken. Zo kun je aan de slag met contentcreatie, socialmediaposts en ideeën voor campusrecruitment. En weet je wat ook interessant is? Bij ons:

  • Ben je niet zomaar een stagiair, maar een potentiële co-eigenaar. Zodra je bij ons in vaste dienst komt, kun je elk jaar investeren en meedelen in onze winst.

Wat ga je doen als stagiair arbeidsmarktcommunicatie en recruitmentmarketing in Tilburg?

Onder goede begeleiding kun je tijdens je stage mooie uitdagingen oppakken. Zo willen we als team stappen maken als het gaat om social media en nieuwe content. We horen graag jouw ideeën en geven je de ruimte om initiatief te nemen.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Planning en uitvoering van onze socialmediaberichten.
  • Templates maken voor social media en nieuwe concepten bedenken.
  • Creëren van content voor arbeidsmarktcommunicatie. Denk aan het ondersteunen van ons team bij het toevoegen en bewerken van content op werkenbijaaff.nl.
  • Meedenken over aansprekende acties om studenten te vertellen over aaff als werkgever.

Je bent van harte welkom in ons team van twee communicatieadviseurs en twee recruitmentmarketeers. Alle vier helpen we je graag en denken we met je mee. Jouw ontwikkeling staat in deze periode centraal.

Wat neem je mee?

  • Kennis en ervaring: je volgt een opleiding richting communicatie, marketing of een andere richting die relevant is voor arbeidsmarktcommunicatie of recruitmentmarketing.
  • Skills en vaardigheden: je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands, kunt doelgroepgericht denken en aansprekende visuals en teksten maken.
  • Mentaliteit: je durft vragen te stellen en kunt na uitleg zelfstandig aan de slag met een opdracht. Vanuit je frisse blik deel je ideeën en signaleer je verbeterpunten.
