Voor onze vestigingen in Leeuwarden zoeken we een Teamleider Accountancy & Advies. Een leidinggevende die professionals helpt groeien, samenwerking versterkt en samen met collega's werkt aan een toekomstbestendige adviespraktijk.

Wat ga je doen als Teamleider Accountancy & Advies?

Als teamleider van ons accountancyteam in Leeuwarden stuur je een team van assistent-accountants en adviseurs aan. Je creëert een omgeving waarin collega's zich kunnen ontwikkelen, eigenaarschap nemen en het beste uit zichzelf halen. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op onze vestigingen in Leeuwarden en weet wat er speelt binnen het team. Je coacht medewerkers in hun professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling, stimuleert kennisdeling en zorgt voor een sterke samenwerking. Daarnaast ben je sparringpartner voor de Directeur Accountancy & Advies en help je de regionale koers te vertalen naar de dagelijkse praktijk.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Het coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van het team.
  • Het voeren van ontwikkel-, verzuim- en beoordelingsgesprekken.
  • Het stimuleren van samenwerking en kennisdeling binnen en tussen teams.
  • Het bewaken van kwaliteit, klantgerichtheid en een efficiënte dienstverlening.
  • Het versterken van commercieel bewustzijn en ondernemerschap binnen de teams.
  • Het stimuleren van innovatie, digitalisering en het gebruik van AI in de dagelijkse praktijk.
  • Het bouwen aan een positieve, professionele en resultaatgerichte teamcultuur.

Jouw arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Salaris: Tot max. €6992.
  • Keuzevrijheid in verlof: jij bepaalt hoeveel vrije dagen je opneemt, tot 38 per jaar.
  • Thuiswerkbudget van € 550: voor een prettige en ergonomische thuiswerkplek.
  • Vergoeding voor thuiswerken: € 2,45 per thuiswerkdag plus € 40 netto internetvergoeding per maand.
  • Duurzaam onderweg: een aantrekkelijke mobiliteitsregeling met ruimte voor OV, fiets, wandelen of elektrische leaseauto.
  • Ruimte voor groei, verdieping en verbreding: via de aaff academie en externe opleidingen.
  • Jaarlijks € 200 vitaliteitsbudget en toegang tot OpenUp voor mentale ondersteuning.
  • Flexibel verlof sparen: voor bijvoorbeeld een sabbatical of langere reis.
  • Laptop en telefoon: alles wat je nodig hebt om jouw werk goed te doen.
  • Participatieregeling: de mogelijkheid om mee te delen in het succes van aaff als co-eigenaar.

  • Ruime ervaring binnen accountancy, de samenstelpraktijk of financieel advies.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen, coachen of begeleiden van professionals.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een verbindende leiderschapsstijl.
  • Oog voor zowel de ontwikkeling van mensen als het behalen van resultaten.
  • Affiniteit met innovatie, digitalisering en continue verbetering.
  • De mentaliteit van een co-eigenaar.
