Procurement Business Analyst – S2P & SAP S/4HANA

Ben jij een analytische procurement professional met een sterke interesse in digitale procurementoplossingen? Heb je ervaring met S2P-systemen en SAP S/4HANA MM? Dan is deze opportuniteit iets voor jou.

Voor een toonaangevende speler binnen een internationale industriële omgeving zoeken wij een Procurement Business Analyst ter versterking van het Procurement Support team.

Je komt terecht in een klein, gespecialiseerd team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de ondersteuning en verdere optimalisatie van de Source-to-Procure (S2P) oplossing (Coupa), geïntegreerd met SAP. Daarnaast ondersteun je de Procurement-afdeling en interne stakeholders met rapportering en operationele ondersteuning.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ondersteunen van gebruikers binnen de Coupa-omgeving, in nauwe samenwerking met procurement (buyers, back-office, management, controls), interne klanten en ICT.
  • Opvolgen van business requests rond integraties met SAP MM en afstemmen met ICT-collegas.
  • Beheren en onderhouden van data in Coupa, in lijn met SAP.
  • Opstellen van recurrente en ad-hoc rapporteringen voor Procurement Management en andere stakeholders (Excel, Power BI, Coupa Analytics).
  • Mee ondersteunen van de SAP MM community en escaleren naar ICT waar nodig.
  • Implementeren en uitvoeren van nieuwe procurement controls (anti-fraude, interne procedures, procurement policies) in samenwerking met internal audit.
  • Actualiseren van digitale procurement manuals, procedures en documentatie.

Jouw profiel

  • Minstens 2–5 jaar ervaring in procurement, met focus op S2P-systemen of gelijkaardige technologische oplossingen.
  • Grondige kennis van SAP S/4HANA MM is vereist.
  • Kennis van Coupa is een sterke troef (certificatie als Coupa admin is een plus).
  • Ervaring met SAP ECC is een plus.
  • Sterke vaardigheden in Excel; kennis van Coupa Analytics en/of Power BI is een plus.
  • Gestructureerde schrijfstijl en oog voor detail.
  • Kritisch denkvermogen en de drive om bestaande processen te verbeteren.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, respecteert deadlines en communiceert helder met uiteenlopende stakeholders.
  • Nederlands of Frans als moedertaal, met goede kennis van de andere landstaal.
  • Vloeiend in het Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).

Werkomgeving

  • Minstens 3 dagen per week aanwezigheid op kantoor (meer tijdens de opstartfase).
  • Mogelijkheid tot thuiswerk conform interne policy.
  • Je werkt met moderne digitale tools (Teams, Office 365) en krijgt het nodige materiaal ter beschikking.
