The posting

Som en del af vores team i Sengetårn J (4. sal) spiller du en afgørende rolle i at skabe et rent og trygt miljø for både patienter og personale. Vi søger dedikerede fuldtidsmedarbejdere til stillinger på 37 timer om ugen, hvor du arbejder i hjertet af hospitalet på de kliniske sengeafsnit. Her er høj hygiejnestandard altafgørende for patienternes sikkerhed, og dit arbejde er en direkte forudsætning for et trygt hospitalsmiljø.

Dine opgaver vil blandt andet være:

  • Patientnær rengøring.
  • Serviceopgaver i forbindelse med patientmad.
  • Tæt samarbejde med sygeplejersker og andet sundhedsfagligt personale for at sikre det daglige flow.
  • Generel vedligeholdelse og rengøring, der understøtter et trygt og indbydende miljø for patienter og pårørende.

Oplæring og udvikling Når du starter, bliver du introduceret til arbejdet gennem et grundigt oplæringsforløb sammen med en erfaren kollega. Vi anvender kvalitetsstandarden Insta800, som du naturligvis bliver oplært i, og du får desuden mulighed for at tage en efteruddannelse som rengøringstekniker via AMU.

Om dig Du skal have lysten til at gøre en forskel og være en del af et stærkt fællesskab, hvor vi løser opgaverne sammen.

Vi forventer, at du:

  • Har erfaring fra service- og/eller rengøringsbranchen (f.eks. som rengøringstekniker, serviceassistent, husassistent eller lignende).
  • Taler og skriver dansk (alle instrukser og mails er på dansk).
  • Er tryg ved at bruge mobil og IT i arbejdet.
  • Er fleksibel og trives i en arbejdsdag, hvor der kan ske ændringer.
  • Er god til at samarbejde og tage ansvar – både for egne og fælles opgaver.

Arbejdstider Arbejdet foregår i et 4-ugers rul med 3 uger med tidligvagt (kl. 06.00-14.00 eller 07.00-15.00), 1 uge med senvagt (kl. 12.00-20.00) og weekendvagter hver 4. uge.

Dit arbejdssted Hospitalsbyen 20, 9260 Gistrup. Der går flere busser lige til døren: 2, 12, 54 og 954X.

Om afdelingen Vi er cirka 700 medarbejdere, der hver dag løser opgaver med rengøring, linned og andre serviceopgaver. Vi arbejder ud fra værdierne Indflydelse, Tillid, Ordentlighed og Professionalisme.
