Como Analista em Contas a Pagar, gerenciará faturas, atenderá a solicitações internas e externas e contribuirá para as atividades de fechamento mensal e anual. Garantirá pagamentos precisos e pontuais, ao mesmo tempo em que apoia as operações financeiras globais. Esta função é ideal para profissionais com experiência em finanças ou contabilidade, fortes habilidades analíticas e familiaridade com sistemas ERP, que buscam crescer em um ambiente diverso, colaborativo e inclusivo, com excelentes benefícios.

Job Description:

Garantir pagamentos pontuais e precisos a fornecedores e colaboradores

Processar faturas recebidas

Gerenciar faturas,

Apoiar os processos de fechamento mensal e anual

Executar atividades relacionadas a câmbio, gestão de caixa e tributação, incluindo a preparação da documentação de auditoria adequada a padrões organizacionais e a Lei Sarbanes-Oxley.

Aplicação diária de recebimentos (alocação de pagamentos)

Elaboração de relatórios sobre saldos em aberto e cobranças

Suporte à análise de *aging* (antiguidade de dívida) de Contas a Receber e revisão de contas de clientes

Criação de relatórios de crédito e cobrança

Colaboração com outras equipes financeiras (ex.: Contabilidade Geral/GL)

Execução de tarefas de fechamento mensal: conciliações, relatórios e lançamentos contábeis

Gerenciar solicitações internas e externas via sistema de chamados (ticketing/Fusion)

Atender a consultas/Auditorias internas e externas.

Required Skills and Education

Habilidade nas ferramentas do Microsoft OfficeAnalítico e busca por melhoria contínua

Experiência com sistemas ERP e ferramentas de fluxo de trabalho

Experiência anterior na função de Contas a Pagar

Ensino superior concluído

Inglês intermediário
