Als Human Resources Business Partner bist du ein wichtiger Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte und arbeitest über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle hinweg an vielfältigen HR-Themen mit. Du bringst neue Ideen ein, gestaltest HR-Prozesse aktiv mit und setzt Verbesserungen eigenständig oder gemeinsam mit Führungskräften und dem HR-Team um.

Die Position ist als Mutterschaftsvertretung von Januar 2027 bis voraussichtlich März 2028 befristet.

Job Description:

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung und Durchführung des Onboardings neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Analyse von Weiterbildungsbedarfen sowie Planung und Umsetzung von Schulungsmaßnahmen
  • Betreuung und Entwicklung unserer Lehrlinge
  • Unterstützung der Führungskräfte bei der Durchführung der jährlichen Mitarbeitergespräche
  • Organisation und Koordination der jährlichen Mitarbeiterbefragung
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen HR-Prozessen und der Personaldatenverwaltung
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte in personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Employer Branding- und Recruiting-Aktivitäten
  • Mitarbeit in lokalen und internationalen HR-Projekten

Vergütung:

  • Einstiegsgehalt ab € 32.700 brutto/Jahr, mit entsprechender Anpassung abhängig von deiner Ausbildung/Qualifikation und Erfahrung
  • Einstufung erfolgt laut Kollektivvertrag der Metallindustrie
  • Jährlich variable Ergebnisprämie

Required Skills and Education

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abschluss einer kaufmännischen Oberschule oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Personalmanagement oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch-, Italienisch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
  • Kommunikationsstärke, souveränes Auftreten und hohe Diskretion
  • Teamgeist, Serviceorientierung und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen
