Operar e preparar as máquinas, seguindo Ordens de Produção ou sob orientação do Líder, produzindo, efetuando controle dimensional, trocando ferramentas quando necessário, de forma a atender as necessidades dos clientes

Job Description:

  • Operar máquinas CNC (torno, centro de usinagem, fresadora, entre outras).
  • Realizar setup de máquinas (troca de ferramentas, fixação de peças, ajustes iniciais).
  • Interpretar desenhos técnicos e ordens de produção.
  • Acompanhar o processo de usinagem, realizando correções quando necessário.
  • Medir peças utilizando instrumentos de medição (paquímetro, micrômetro, súbito, etc.).
  • Garantir a qualidade das peças produzidas conforme padrões estabelecidos.
  • Realizar apontamentos de produção no sistema.
  • Identificar e reportar falhas ou desvios no processo produtivo.
  • Cumprir normas de segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente.
  • Realizar limpeza e organização da área de trabalho (5S).

Required Skills and Education

Formação:

  • Ensino médio completo

Conhecimentos Técnicos

  • Operação de máquinas CNC
  • Noções de programação CNC (desejável)
  • Certificado de Leitura e interpretação de desenho técnico
  • Certificado de Metrologia
  • Ferramentas de usinagem
