Job Description:

Principales responsabilités :

Management d’équipe de production

• Définir et mettre en place les ressources humaines pour atteindre les objectifs fixés, en accord avec la philosophie GKN (diversité et inclusion).

• Manager votre équipe : fixer les objectifs, évaluer les compétences et performances, développer les talents.

• Garantir l’application des procédures et règles internes

• Assurer la sécurité et la sensibilisation aux règles de sécurité.

• Communiquer sur la stratégie, les objectifs et les résultats de l’entreprise.

• Favoriser l’esprit d’équipe, l’engagement et la motivation.

• Animer l’amélioration continue (plans d’action, participation des collaborateurs).

• Organiser les réunions mensuelles et utiliser les outils LEAN.

Organisation et optimisation des ressources

• Planifier et organiser les moyens humains et techniques pour réaliser le programme de fabrication.

• Gérer les aléas (ruptures, pannes, problèmes qualité, absences).

• Autorité pour arrêter la production en cas de non-conformité.

Communication et reporting

• Assurer le rôle d’interface avec les autres services.

• Effectuer un reporting régulier auprès de la hiérarchie.

Ce que nous attendons de vous :

• Expertise en management d'équipe dans un environnement industriel;

• Connaissances en droit du travail et outils LEAN.

• Notions d’anglais.
