Voor een groeiende specialist in HVAC-installaties in de regio Kuurne zoeken we een ervaren Calculator HVAC.

Je komt terecht in een professionele en dynamische omgeving waar je samen met ervaren collega's werkt aan uiteenlopende HVAC-projecten, van appartementsbouw tot grotere industriële installaties.

Wat houdt jouw functie in?

Als Calculator doe je veel meer dan prijzen berekenen. Je verdiept je in elk project, denkt technisch mee en zoekt naar de meest haalbare en interessante oplossing.

Concreet:

· Je analyseert lastenboeken, meetstaten, plannen en informatie van klanten of studiebureaus.

· Je maakt kostprijsberekeningen en werkt correcte, onderbouwde offertes uit.

· Je denkt mee over de technische haalbaarheid en mogelijke optimalisaties van het ontwerp.

· Je vraagt prijzen op bij bestaande en potentiële leveranciers en vergelijkt verschillende mogelijkheden.

· Je onderhoudt een correcte en tijdige communicatie met klanten.

· Je volgt uitgestuurde offertes actief op.

· Je denkt commercieel mee en haalt voldoening uit het binnenhalen van nieuwe projecten.

· Na goedkeuring draag je het dossier zorgvuldig over aan de projectleider, zodat de uitvoering vlot kan starten.

Je zorgt er met andere woorden voor dat techniek, prijs en uitvoering perfect op elkaar aansluiten.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die dankzij eerdere ervaring relatief snel zelfstandig dossiers kan opnemen.

Daarnaast:

· Heb je enkele jaren ervaring als calculator of in een vergelijkbare technische functie.

· Heb je een goede kennis van HVAC-installaties en -oplossingen.

· Ben je sterk met cijfers en kan je technische informatie vlot interpreteren.

· Werk je nauwkeurig, pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht.

· Kan je zelfstandig een prijsaanvraag analyseren en uitwerken.

· Spreek en schrijf je zeer goed Nederlands.

· Kennis van Frans en Engels is mooi meegenomen.
