Pour un grossiste spécialisé dans les matériaux de construction, nous recherchons un(e) Dispatcher Logistique & Transport capable de coordonner efficacement les livraisons et d'assurer le bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes.

Véritable maillon essentiel entre les chauffeurs, les entrepôts, les équipes commerciales et les différents sites, vous organisez les transports, suivez les opérations et trouvez rapidement des solutions aux imprévus.

Vos responsabilités

  • Vous établissez le planning quotidien des 3 chauffeurs et organisez leurs tournées de manière optimale.
  • Vous coordonnez les livraisons chez les clients, les enlèvements auprès des fournisseurs et les transferts entre les différents sites.
  • Vous optimisez les itinéraires en tenant compte des délais, des capacités disponibles et du chargement des véhicules.
  • Vous collaborez étroitement avec les équipes commerciales internes, les entrepôts et les services achats.
  • Vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié des chauffeurs et leur transmettez des instructions claires.
  • Vous assurez le suivi des transports et adaptez le planning en cas d'imprévus, de retards ou de demandes urgentes.
  • Vous informez les clients et vos collègues des éventuelles modifications.
  • Vous gérez les documents de transport et assurez le suivi administratif des anomalies, réclamations ou dommages.
  • Vous proposez des améliorations pour optimiser les tournées, la qualité des livraisons et l'organisation logistique.
  • Vous apportez également votre soutien à d'autres tâches administratives, logistiques ou commerciales lorsque cela s'avère nécessaire.

Votre profil

  • Vous avez un excellent sens de l'organisation et aimez jongler avec plusieurs priorités.
  • Vous gardez votre calme face aux imprévus et recherchez des solutions concrètes et efficaces.
  • Vous communiquez facilement et appréciez le travail en équipe.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se), autonome et prenez volontiers des initiatives.
  • Vous avez le sens du service et accordez une grande importance à la satisfaction des clients.
  • Vous êtes flexible, curieux(se) et prêt(e) à apprendre de nouvelles tâches.
  • Une première expérience en dispatching, en planification de transports ou en logistique constitue un atout.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques. La connaissance d'un logiciel ERP, de planification ou de gestion d'entrepôt est un plus.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. La connaissance du néerlandais est un atout, mais n'est pas indispensable.
