In deze veelzijdige functie bouw je expertise op in technische producten voor verwarming, ventilatie en sanitair. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen productcategorieën en ruimte om initiatief te nemen.

Je komt terecht in een compacte, familiale onderneming met meerdere vestigingen, korte communicatielijnen en een informele sfeer.

Jouw functie

Je bouwt je kennis van producten, toepassingen, leveranciers en de markt verder uit. Zo word je stap voor stap specialist in jouw categorieën en neem je er steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid voor op.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

  • Je onderhandelt aankoopvoorwaarden met bestaande leveranciers en bouwt de samenwerking verder uit.
  • Je zoekt nieuwe leveranciers en commerciële opportuniteiten, in België en daarbuiten.
  • Voor een aantal leveranciers neem je de aankoop van materialen zelfstandig op.
  • Je combineert strategisch meedenken met een vlotte opvolging van de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je beheert de voorraad van het hoofdmagazijn en de verschillende filialen.
  • Je volgt aankooporders en de bijhorende logistiek nauwgezet op.
  • Je houdt leveranciers-, artikel- en logistieke gegevens correct bij in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je organiseert de afhandeling van garanties en retours naar leveranciers, met oog voor de klant en de interne werking.

Dit neem je mee

  • Je hebt een bacheloropleiding in een commerciële of technische richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt een medior profiel, met ongeveer 2 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Technische voorkennis is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Je hebt wel interesse om HVAC-producten en toepassingen te leren kennen.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en vindt snel je weg in een ERP-systeem.
  • Je neemt initiatief en voelt je goed bij verantwoordelijkheid en ownership.
  • Je onderhandelt graag en herkent commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Je communiceert vlot met leveranciers en collega’s.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en blijft flexibel wanneer er iets onverwachts opduikt.
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om je verder te ontwikkelen.
