The posting

Ved Juridisk Institut på Aarhus BSS er et antal stillinger som undervisningsassistent ledige pr. 1. januar 2027. Stillingerne er tidsbegrænsede, og ansættelse sker normalt for tre år, evt. med mulighed for forlængelse. Arbejdsopgaver og timetal aftales med instituttet forud for hvert semester. Der kan ikke garanteres undervisning i hvert semester.

Stillingernes indhold

Stillingerne består primært af undervisning i faget dele af formueret, primært aftaleret, på 2. semester af den juridiske bacheloruddannelse.

Stillingerne omfatter ca. 46 konfrontationstimer pr. semester, hvortil kommer retning af 3 sæt skriftlige øvelsesopgaver i fagene aftaleret, erstatningsret og køberet. Opgaveretning aflønnes særskilt.

Undervisningens tidsmæssige placering fastlægges endeligt af Studienævnet, og det er ikke muligt at tage individuelle hensyn.

I vores undervisning ønsker vi at bygge bro mellem teori og praksis, bl.a. ved at trække på eksterne lektorers praktiske erfaring.
