About Vista by Viewpoint Implementation Department The Vista by Viewpoint Implementation Department at Aayla Solutions focuses on meticulously reviewing and optimizing existing implementations of Vista by Viewpoint software within our client's operations. About the Role As a Vista by Viewpoint Implementation Specialist at Aayla Solutions, you will be integral in reviewing and optimizing the existing implementation of Vista by Viewpoint software for our clients. Your role involves assessing the current software integration, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing support to enhance the overall functionality and efficiency of the software within client operations.

Job Type and Work Arrangement

  • This position is offered as a remote contract, allowing for the flexibility to work from any location.
  • The role operates on an hourly basis, accommodating various scheduling needs and project demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship and Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on long-term satisfaction and engagement in the HR and labour management sectors.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their HR and labour management needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling other HR-related services offered by Aayla Solutions.

Review and Optimization:

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing Vista by Viewpoint implementations with a focus on HR and labour management features.
  • Identify and implement improvements and optimizations in the HR and labour management aspects of the software setup.
  • Provide expert support and solutions to enhance software efficiency and integration in HR and labour management.

Technical Coordination and Support:

  • Lead and manage technical teams, ensuring effective collaboration and project delivery in HR and labour management integrations.
  • Coordinate with SQL and Crystal Reports teams for optimal software functionality and integration in HR-related modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR and labour management software optimization.

Training and Consultation:

  • Offer training and support to clients for the enhanced use of Vista by Viewpoint in HR and labour management.
  • Develop and update training materials and guides focusing on optimized software use in HR and labour management.

Quality Assurance and Reporting:

  • Ensure the quality and effectiveness of the HR and labour management software post-optimization.
  • Regularly report on the progress and outcomes of HR and labour management optimization initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth experience in implementing Vista by Viewpoint specifically for construction companies, with a focus on HR and labour management applications.
  • Substantial experience working within the construction industry, particularly in roles related to human resources, labour management, and project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, construction management, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing SQL and Crystal Reports teams, with a focus on HR and labour management applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interactions and cross-functional teamwork in HR contexts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, crucial for identifying and implementing improvements in HR and labour management software setups.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, capable of working independently and collaboratively in HR-focused projects.
