Du är trygg i din roll, trivs med att arbeta självständigt och tar ansvar för att nå resultat – samtidigt som du alltid möter människor med ett trevligt och respektfullt bemötande. Arbetsuppgifter I din roll kommer du att: Coacha och vägleda deltagare individuellt och i grupp Sätta upp och arbeta mot tydliga mål tillsammans med varje individ Motivera, strukturera och följa upp deltagarnas utveckling Stödja deltagare i att hitta jobb, praktik eller utbildning Skriva professionella handlingsplaner och dokumentera insatser Skapa och vårda kontakter med arbetsgivare och andra relevanta aktörer

Vi söker dig som Är självständig och strukturerad, men också en lagspelare Har en lösningsfokuserad inställning och förmåga att tänka nytt Är prestigelös i din arbetsstil och flexibel när det behövs Har ett genomgående trevligt och professionellt bemötande Har erfarenhet av att arbeta med arbetsmarknadsfrågor, coachning eller liknande Trivs med att arbeta resultatinriktat med tydliga mål

Krav Alternativ 1 - högskoleutbildning och arbetslivserfarenhet Utbildning: Högskoleutbildning om lägst 180 högskolepoäng (120 poäng enligt tidigare system), eller motsvarande utländsk utbildning. Arbetslivserfarenhet: Minst ett (1) års arbetslivserfarenhet motsvarande heltid. Alternativ 2 - eftergymnasial utbildning och arbetslivserfarenhet Utbildning: Minst ett (1) års heltidsstudier på eftergymnasial nivå med minst godkänt resultat. Arbetslivserfarenhet: Minst tre (3) års arbetslivserfarenhet motsvarande heltid. Utländska betyg bör vara validerade. Skriftliga tjänstgöringsintyg är ett krav
