DEINE ROLLE

Als Mitarbeiter*in im Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d) bist du zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Außendienst und internen Abteilungen. Neben klassischen Vertriebsaufgaben übernimmst du auch koordinierende und projektbezogene Tätigkeiten:

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Erstellung, Nachverfolgung und Verwaltung von Angeboten
  • Auftragsabwicklung von der Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung, inkl. Nachverfolgung
  • Betreuung und Beratung von Bestandskunden sowie Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des CRM-Systems sowie Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Vertrieb, Marketing, Logistik und Buchhaltung
  • Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen, Tendern und internationalen Kundenprojekten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebsprozessen
  • Unterstützung bei Marketingaktivitäten (z. B. Kampagnen, Lead-Management, Marktanalysen)
  • Übernahme organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
  • Projekt-Tracking im Vertrieb

DEIN PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder wirtschaftliches Studium
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Customer Service oder Sales Support
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise CRM-Systemen (z. B. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Erfahrung in einem dynamischen Umfeld (KMU, Start-up, projektgetriebenes Geschäft) von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Themen parallel zu steuern und Prioritäten zu setzen
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Flexibilität in einem wachsenden Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Weitere Sprachen von Vorteil, wie z.B. Spanisch und Französisch
  • Erfahrung im regulierten Umfeld (wie z. B. Medizintechnik oder Pharma) wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit internationalen Kunden
  • Erfahrungen mit Organisationsstrukturen bei Start-up, Scale-up und Mittelstand
