Description de tâches:Chargé(e) Achat-Bétail (F/H)Afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) chargé(e) achat-bétail.Missions principalesRattaché(e) à l'équipe achat-bétail, vous participez activement à l'approvisionnement et à la valorisation du bétail. À ce titre, vos principales missions sont:• Achat et approvisionnement en bovins• Détermination et négociation des prix d'achat du bétail• Détermination des prix de vente des carcasses et quartiers pour les clients• Sélection des carcasses en fonction de leur destination (atelier de découpe, grossistes, clients, etc.)• Participation aux opérations de mise en quartiers• Suivi des relations avec les éleveurs, marchands et clientsProfil• Intérêt marqué pour le secteur agricole• Bon sens de la négociation et aisance relationnelle• Rigueur, sens des responsabilités et esprit d'équipe• Motivation à apprendre et à développer ses compétences• Connaissances dans le domaine de l'élevage animal (bovins, porcs) sont considérées comme un atoutFormations et expériences requises• Diplôme d'aptitude professionnelle (DAP) ou certificat d'aptitude professionnelle (CAP)• Le brevet de maîtrise constitue un avantage• Une première expérience dans le secteur agricole, de l'élevage ou de la commercialisation du bétail est appréciée• Maîtrise du luxembourgeois et du français indispensable, la connaissance de l'allemand est appréciéeCe que nous offrons• Un contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI) à temps plein (40 heures/semaine)• Un environnement de travail dynamique au sein d'une entreprise ancrée dans le secteur agricole• Des formations internes et externes• Une fonction variée offrant autonomie et responsabilités
