Binnen onze divisie Electrification Service werk je aan uitdagende projecten op het gebied van laag- en middenspanning binnen de utiliteit, industrie en transport & infra.

Als Site Supervisor sta je midden in de uitvoering van onze projecten. Je bewaakt de voortgang, houdt overzicht, stuurt mensen aan en zorgt ervoor dat installaties veilig, volgens planning en conform de kwaliteitseisen worden opgeleverd. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en leiderschap verlopen projecten efficiënt en succesvol.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Site Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering en bedrijfsvaardige oplevering van projecten waarbij elektrotechnische installaties worden geplaatst.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van bouw-, montage- en testwerkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat personeel, materialen en middelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn. Daarnaast houd je de projectmanager en opdrachtgever continu op de hoogte van de voortgang, eventuele afwijkingen en bijzonderheden.

Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden

  • Operationeel leidinggeven aan engineers en eventueel ingezette onderaannemers op locatie.
  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de correcte en bedrijfsvaardige oplevering van elektrotechnische installaties en voert zelf de bijbehorende testwerkzaamheden uit.
  • Coördineren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de projectlocatie.
  • Toezien op naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en bedrijfsrichtlijnen.
  • Bewaken van de voortgang, planning en inzet van personeel en materialen.
  • Signaleren en implementeren van verbeteringen binnen werk- en serviceprocessen.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met projectmanagers, klanten en onderaannemers.

Je werkt voornamelijk op locatie en vervult een sleutelrol bij het succesvol realiseren van onze projecten. Wij zorgen ervoor dat je beschikt over de benodigde certificeringen en producttrainingen om je functie optimaal uit te voeren.

Jouw team

Je maakt deel uit van een hecht team van ongeveer 60 collega's, waaronder 30 service engineers. Binnen het team werk je samen met zowel ervaren specialisten als collega's met vergelijkbare expertise. Kennisdeling staat centraal en je kunt altijd terugvallen op de ondersteuning van je collega's.

Je wordt uitgebreid ingewerkt en krijgt alle ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Samen zorgen jullie voor succesvolle projecten en tevreden klanten.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een afgeronde technische opleiding, bij voorkeur Elektrotechniek.
  • Ervaring met laag- en middenspanningsinstallaties of -projecten.
  • Kennis van geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en installatievoorschriften.
  • Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Een ondernemende, pragmatische en oplossingsgerichte instelling.
  • Leiderschapskwaliteiten en het vermogen mensen te motiveren en aan te sturen.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Bereidheid om regelmatig op projectlocaties te werken en indien nodig te overnachten.
