Основные задачи: Формирование и реализация HR-стратегии в соответствии с бизнес-приоритетами Организационное планирование Консультирование руководителей по вопросам управления персоналом и организационного развития Сопровождение организационных изменений и трансформационных проектов Координация HR-процессов в области управления талантами, эффективности подбора, развития, вознаграждения сотрудников, коммуникации HR проектов и бренда Проведение обучающих сессий Реализация и поддержка проектов, направленных на развитие потенциала сотрудников Профиль успешного кандидата: Опыт работы в аналогичной роли от 5 лет Опыт в реализация проектов по обучению и развитию персонала, управлению программами по развитию талантов будет являться преимуществом Опыт поддержки функций Sales Marketing в Healthcare и FMCG-секторе будет являться преимуществом Ориентация на результат Высокий уровень эмоционального интеллекта Этичность и конфиденциальность Стрессоустойчивость Гибкость и умение выстраивать доверительные отношения В Abbott вы сможете: Развиваться у вас будет доступ к внутренней обучающей платформе, практикумы и лекции от коллег в экспертных областях, а также курсы по изучению языков Заботиться о здоровье В этом вам поможет: расширенная программа ДМС со стоматологией для сотрудников и их детей с первого рабочего дня страхование от несчастных случаев программа поддержки сотрудников: психологическая, юридическая и финансовая оплата 10 дней больничного листа до 100% комфортный график и месторасположение: гибридный график 4/1 (1 день работы из дома), гибкое время начала и окончания рабочего дня, современный офис с удобной инфраструктурой в 2 минутах пешком от м.
