Для замещения вакантной должности мы объявляем конкурс на позицию Менеджер по препарату (гастроэнтерология, RX -продвижение) Основные задачи: разработка и реализация маркетингового плана продукта, направленного на специалистов здравоохранения и конечных потребителей на основании анализа рынка, выписки, медиаполя, бизнес-процессов, связанных с перфомансом бренда; поддержание динамики бренда выше релевантных рынков в стоимостном выражении и в натуральном объёме, обеспечение выполнения плана продаж; разработка и согласование рекламно-информационных материалов, планирование и реализация маркетинговых активностей на промо-цикл; проведение обучения по препаратам в зоне ответственности; составление и контроль за реализацией маркетингового бюджета; подготовка и проведение презентаций по вверенным брендам на бизнес-ревью Профиль успешного кандидата: успешный, подтверждаемый независимыми источниками, опыт ведения рецептурных брендов на фармацевтическом рынке; опыт в работе с безрецептурными брендами и гастробрендами не обязателен, но является преимуществом; нацеленность на достижение результата, способность расставлять приоритеты в работе и организовывать свое время; уверенная работа с КОЛами, развитые коммуникативные навыки; базовое знание медиа-метрик и основ медиапланирования (не обязательно, но предпочтительно); опыт работы с креативными агентствами; инициативность, проактивный подход в работе над стратегией и тактикой умение находить удовольствие в сложных задачах, требующих вовлеченности и получения новых знаний; уровень владения английским – средний и выше.
