Que harás

Liderar la gestión comercial y estratégica de los diferentes canales de la regional a cargo, garantizando la correcta ejecución de las estrategias de Marketing, Comercial y Trade Marketing. Es responsable de dirigir y desarrollar al equipo de representantes de demanda, fortalecer las relaciones con clientes estratégicos, identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y asegurar el cumplimiento de los indicadores comerciales, contribuyendo al crecimiento sostenible del canal y al logro de los objetivos del negocio. Responsable de la cuota de transferencias de coopidrogas y ejecución de perfect store de su panel a cargo.

Cualificaciones requeridas

  • Profesional en Administración, Mercadeo, Ingeniería Industrial, Negocios o áreas afines.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en áreas comerciales, ventas, Trade Marketing o afines.
  • Deseable experiencia en sector farmacéutico, consumo masivo y/o canal farmacias.
  • Experiencia en liderazgo y desarrollo de equipos comerciales.
  • Experiencia en negociación, manejo de clientes y seguimiento de indicadores comerciales.

  • Planeación estratégica y ejecución comercial.
  • Análisis de mercado, pensamiento estratégico.
  • Liderazgo, coaching y desarrollo de talento.
  • Comunicación asertiva, negociación e influencia.

  • Inteligencia emocional, empatía y escucha activa.
  • Capacidad de trabajo autónomo y disciplina en ejecución.
