Voor de afdeling QA Design Assurance bij Abbott Laboratories in Zwolle (Rieteweg) zoeken wij een

QA Design Assurance Engineer

Wil jij een belangrijke bijdrage leveren aan de kwaliteit van voedingsproducten die wereldwijd worden gebruikt? Ben jij analytisch sterk, werk je nauwkeurig en krijg je energie van het beheren en optimaliseren van productinformatie en recepturen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou.

Als Design Assurance Engineer maak je onderdeel uit van het QA Design Assurance team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, ontwikkelen en borgen van productrecepturen, productspecificaties en productgerelateerde documentatie. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van Quality, Operations, Supply Chain en R&D en speelt een belangrijke rol bij productintroducties, productwijzigingen en verbeterprojecten binnen een complexe, internationale productieomgeving. In deze functie draag je direct bij aan de kwaliteit, veiligheid en compliance van producten die wereldwijd worden geproduceerd en geleverd.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, beheren en actualiseren van productdocumentatie en productspecificaties.
  • Je ondersteunt de introductie van nieuwe producten en coördineert de implementatie hiervan binnen Abbott Zwolle.
  • Je verzamelt, analyseert en verwerkt product- en receptuurgegevens ten behoeve van productieprocessen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, vrijgeven en beheren van elektronische werkorders die de productieprocessen en recepturen aansturen.
  • Je ondersteunt het R&D Tech Center bij productontwikkelingen, wijzigingen en optimalisaties.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van interne en externe stakeholders over productspecificaties en technische productinformatie.
  • Je beheert en implementeert wijzigingen in productformuleringen binnen SCADA.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan verbeterprojecten en procesoptimalisaties binnen het vakgebied Design Assurance.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je beschikt over een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in Levensmiddelentechnologie, (Bio)Chemie, Procestechnologie, Laboratoriumtechniek of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt relevante werkervaring binnen Quality Assurance, productdocumentatie, receptuurbeheer of een vergelijkbare functie binnen de voedingsmiddelen-, farmaceutische of procesindustrie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met data- en documentmanagementsystemen.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met productieprocessen, receptuurbeheer en geautomatiseerde productiesystemen.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Excel; kennis van VBA is een pré.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent proactief, neemt eigenaarschap en werkt graag samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines.
