Esta posición está ubicada en Chiclayo, para nuestro negocio de Neosalud en la división de EPD (Productos Farmacéuticos Establecidos). Estamos comprometidos a llevar los beneficios de nuestros medicamentos confiables a más personas en los países de más rápido crecimiento del mundo. Nuestro amplio portafolio de medicamentos genéricos de marca diferenciada y de alta calidad abarca múltiples áreas terapéuticas, incluidas la gastroenterología, la salud de la mujer, los cardiometabólicos, el manejo del dolor / sistema nervioso central y las vías respiratorias.

Qué harás

El puesto tiene como responsabilidad la dirección técnica ante la autoridad legal pertinente, cumplir y hacer cumplir el manual de las buenas prácticas de oficina farmacéutica BPOF, de acuerdo con la reglamentación vigente del local en la que esté asignado.

  • Responsable de la administración del establecimiento farmacéutico, así como asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos del local en la que esté asignado.
  • Responsable de la venta y administración del local asignado, de acuerdo con los indicadores y parámetros establecidos por el negocio.
  • Elaborar y asegurar el cumplimento de manual de funciones-MOF y procedimientos operativos estándares- POES de la botica en la que labora.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de procedimientos administrativos internos de la botica asignada.
  • Comunicación y coordinación continua entre locales Neosalud, consultores, representantes de ventas, personal delivery, drivers y supervisor de Neosalud.
  • Coordinación con el driver sobre el envío de pedidos por delivery.
  • Coordinación y seguimiento de las transferencias de lima y provincia.
  • Fidelización de pacientes, el colaborador debe orientar al paciente para que ingrese a la plataforma MAS POR TI y proceda con el registro respectivo.
  • Seguimiento de llamadas, el colaborador debe contactar a los pacientes según la zona que le corresponda, recordarle la continuidad en sus tratamientos.
  • Cumplimiento de cuotas de ventas mensuales, de acuerdo con los indicadores y parámetros establecidos por el negocio.
  • El director técnico debe permanecer en el establecimiento durante las horas de funcionamiento, cumpliendo su horario laboral, salvo ausencia debidamente justificada y registrada en el libro de ocurrencias.
  • El director técnico debe cumplir las siguientes funciones según el artículo 42 del Reglamento de Establecimiento Farmacéutico D.S. 014-2011 SA.

Cualificaciones requeridas

  • Colegiatura y habilitación vigente.
  • Químico farmacéutico titulado (REGENCIA LIBRE O POR LIBERAR)
  • Experiencia mínima de dos años a cargo de la regencia en cadenas de boticas.
  • Conocimiento de las normativas.
  • Disponibilidad para laborar en Chiclayo
