Job Description

Per il sito di Campoverde siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa per il ruolo di Chemical Operator, con un contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi e con le seguenti responsabilità:

1. Eseguire le operazioni di alimentazione e regolazione delle apparecchiature per assicurare il corretto funzionamento dell’impianto. Movimentare materie prime e solventi di processo consegnate dal personale di Magazzino alla Produzione:

a) Esegue il caricamento delle apparecchiature di Produzione e le altre operazioni atte a porre l’impianto, gli strumenti ed i servizi nelle condizioni prestabilite dalla ricetta POMSnet o dalla Formula di Fabbricazione e/o dalle Procedure tecnico operative, o da disposizioni dello Shift Manager.

b) Ha l’obbligo di documentare l’operazione eseguita o da eseguire firmando e datando la documentazione ufficiale di produzione, tenendo sempre aggiornata ed linea la parte di documento di propria competenza.

c) Aggiorna la ricetta in POMSnet in linea con le attività di produzione in corso (es. scarico materiali, solventi freschi e recuperati, stampa etichette, versamento prodotti, etc...)

d) Assicura in autonomia il regolare funzionamento delle operazioni di produzione (reazione, distillazione, trasferimenti, etc..) verificando sui quadri sinottici e sugli strumenti di controllo (DCS, allarmi, etc..) i valori dei parametri di processo.

e) Effettua le attività di trasferimento di sostanze liquide da autocisterna a tank di stoccaggio o viceversa, effettua verifiche dei tank di stoccaggio, comunicando eventuali anomalie.

2. Segnalare qualsiasi anomalia a macchinari o strumentazione per mantenere un elevato livello di Sicurezza e di rispetto delle Norme di Buona Fabbricazione.

3. Contribuire all’eliminazione degli sprechi o delle inefficienze, ovvero:

a) Verifica che l’avanzamento delle fasi di processo di propria competenza nel turno di lavoro, sia in linea con il programma di produzione. Registra dati ed informazioni che alimentano il sistema di controllo del programma di produzione.

Qualifications

  • Diploma di Perito Chimico o equivalenti.
  • Preferibile pregressa esperienza nel ruolo.
