  • Preparar, revisar e coordenar as submissões locais aos Comitês de Ética e autoridades regulatórias, em alinhamento com a estratégia global de submissão, desde o início do estudo até o encerramento (close-out).
  • Demonstrar competência avançada no estabelecimento de planos de ativação do país e dos centros de pesquisa, incluindo avaliação de riscos e planos de mitigação, por meio do envolvimento com membros das equipes de projeto locais e globais.
  • Garantir a execução bem-sucedida, dentro dos prazos e com qualidade, das atividades de start-up e manutenção de múltiplos protocolos e centros de pesquisa complexos.
  • Impulsionar a preparação multifuncional para a ativação dos centros, gerenciando proativamente dependências do caminho crítico relacionadas a aprovações regulatórias/éticas, contratos, documentos essenciais, sistemas, treinamentos, suprimentos e outros requisitos do país ou do centro.
  • Participar de reuniões regionais/da área relacionadas aos projetos e fornecer contribuições sobre os centros e estudos sob sua responsabilidade.
  • Atuar como principal ponto de contato no país para atividades relacionadas a submissões éticas ou regulatórias.
  • Fornecer orientação sobre a estratégia regulatória local relacionada ao Ministério da Saúde (MoH) e/ou Comitê de Ética (EC) para clientes internos, além de manter atualizada a base de informações regulatórias do país e dos centros.
  • Manter as métricas de desempenho e KPIs de Study Start-Up (SSU) dos centros/estudos sob sua responsabilidade. Apoiar a liderança de SSU na análise e implementação de melhorias nas métricas de desempenho de SSU do país.
  • Promover melhorias na eficiência do Site Start-Up, incluindo a liderança de iniciativas de melhoria de processos.
  • Liderar o treinamento e a mentoria de membros mais juniores da equipe.
  • Garantir a prontidão para auditorias e inspeções.
  • Garantir conformidade com políticas e procedimentos corporativos e divisionais, em alinhamento com regulamentações e diretrizes globais.
  • Poderá apoiar a coordenação das atividades aplicáveis de importação/exportação de produto investigacional, kits laboratoriais e suprimentos do estudo, garantindo que a documentação esteja pronta e que a execução ocorra dentro dos prazos, em colaboração com as áreas e fornecedores envolvidos.

Qualificações

  • Formação superior completa, preferencialmente em área da saúde ou científica, ou experiência equivalente.
  • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em pesquisa clínica, sendo preferencialmente 2 anos ou mais de experiência em gestão de Study Start-Up na região designada.
  • Experiência prática na interpretação de regulamentações e processos regionais de pesquisa clínica.
  • Experiência trabalhando com centros de pesquisa centrais e locais e/ou Comitês de Ética/IRBs, incluindo revisão de documentos dos centros e/ou comentários de IRB/EC sobre ICFs, além do encaminhamento para aprovação pelas áreas funcionais responsáveis.
  • Experiência sólida trabalhando com Vault SSU na gestão de documentos essenciais, liberação de IP e/ou revisão de ICFs.
  • Experiência em trabalhar com equipes remotas/virtuais.
  • Fortes habilidades analíticas e de pensamento crítico, além da capacidade de avaliar questões complexas sob diferentes perspectivas e tomar decisões assertivas.
  • Histórico comprovado de execução bem-sucedida de atividades de Study Start-Up, além de capacidade para gerenciar múltiplas prioridades em um ambiente dinâmico.
  • Demonstração de capacidade para liderar e apoiar iniciativas, projetos especiais e atividades relevantes para o negócio.
  • Conhecimento prático das diretrizes ICH e GCP (Boas Práticas Clínicas) e compreensão operacional do ambiente regulatório do país.
