This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Onboarding I based in Brazil.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Onboarding Analyst to manage the technical implementation and activation of new gyms and fitness studios across the SMB and Latin American markets. In this role, you will oversee the setup of new clients, configure platform modules and integrations, and ensure that each implementation is completed accurately and efficiently. You will also coordinate data migrations, validate configurations, and ensure clients are ready to operate within established service-level agreements (SLAs). Your work will play an essential role in delivering a smooth onboarding experience and building a strong foundation for long-term customer success. You will collaborate with internal teams to identify improvements, maintain accurate documentation, and resolve implementation challenges. Accountabilities:

  • Manage the complete technical setup and implementation of new gyms and fitness studios across the SMB and LATAM segments.
  • Configure platform modules and integrations according to each client's requirements and agreed scope, including contracts, payment methods, electronic invoices (NF-e/NFS-e), and other relevant functionalities.
  • Coordinate data migration activities, ensuring information is transferred accurately and validating migration results with clients.
  • Ensure that every implementation is delivered in a fully operational, ready-to-use state within established service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor implementation progress and ensure compliance with internal configuration standards, quality requirements, and established processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client configurations, implementation activities, technical procedures, and internal workflows.
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with clients throughout the onboarding process, providing updates and addressing implementation-related questions.
  • Identify and report technical issues, recurring errors, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement to the supervisor.
  • Share best practices and recommendations to improve implementation quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key onboarding performance indicators, including average activation time, error and rework rates, post-onboarding customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS), and compliance with configuration standards.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition between implementation and subsequent customer support or adoption activities.
  • Previous experience in onboarding, technical implementation, customer operations, administrative support, or a related role is desirable.
  • Understanding of software implementation processes, system configuration, and data migration activities.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, software integrations, payment methods, contracts, and electronic invoicing processes is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple implementations and meet established deadlines.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly when identifying configuration errors, data inconsistencies, and implementation challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with customers.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, focused on delivering a positive onboarding experience and ensuring client readiness.
  • Ability to follow standardized procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and consistently meet quality expectations.
  • Proactive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies, systems, and operational processes.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with supervisors and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage responsibilities in a remote environment.
