The posting

A travers la France, nos entités – ABC Cours Particuliers, ABC Formation Continue et ABC Conseil – accompagnent enfants, adultes et professionnels avec des solutions sur mesure en soutien scolaire, formation continue et bilans de compétences.

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recrutons un(e) Conseiller(ère) Clientèle Sédentaire en CDI pour renforcer notre équipe.

Sous la supervision du responsable commercial, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la mise en place et le bon déroulement des formations tout en assurant un suivi attentif de la relation client.

Vos missions principales :

  • Prendre en charge les appels téléphoniques entrants pour l’ensemble des agences et traiter les demandes issues des formulaires de contact.
  • Qualifier les prospects et préparer les informations nécessaires pour la prise de rendez-vous avec les commerciaux.
  • Enregistrer et suivre les demandes des prospects dans notre logiciel CRM.
  • Affecter les intervenants (professeurs, formateurs, consultants) aux différentes missions en fonction des besoins identifiés.
  • Présenter les intervenants aux apprenants et assurer leur mise en relation.
  • Suivre le bon déroulement des formations et garantir une expérience fluide pour chaque client.
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des actions de fidélisation et des parrainages clients.
  • Répondre aux réclamations des clients avec professionnalisme et veiller à leur satisfaction.

Formation : Bac+2 minimum commerce , gestion ou équivalent. Expérience : 2 ans minimum dans un poste similaire ou dans la gestion de la relation client.

Qualités requises :

Réactivité et aisance au téléphone

Rigueur, organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément

Aisance avec les outils bureautiques et CRM

Sens de la relation client et capacité à qualifier efficacement les leads

Horaires de travail : 35h/semaine, la répartition sera à définir ensemble pour tenir compte de vos contraintes. Les créneaux ci-dessous sont importants pour nous :

  • Du lundi au vendredi : 17h30-20h (créneaux souhaités plusieurs soirs par semaine)
  • Samedi : 9h-13h et/ou 15h30-19h

Le samedi devra être travaillé régulièrement, sans obligation d’être présent tous les samedis ni toute la journée.

Poste 100% télétravail - Selon l’éloignement du siège, des déplacements sont à prévoir pour des réunions d’équipe (entre une fois par mois à une fois par trimestre).

Rémunération:

Fixe (24 500 brut annuel) +primes trimestrielles selon critères de performance
