Har du en baggrund som produktionsteknolog, og motiveres du af at kombinere din forståelse for produktion med tal, økonomi og struktur?

Vi søger en Produktionsassistent, som får en central rolle mellem vores produktion og økonomifunktion. Du kommer tæt på den daglige drift og får bl.a. ansvar for løn- og tidsregistrering for vores timelønnede medarbejdere samt opfølgning på materialer, omforandringer af vores udlejningsmoduler og produktionsrelaterede omkostninger.

Kort sagt skal du kunne forstå, hvad der sker i en produktion – og hvad det betyder for økonomien.

Dine primære opgaver

Du får en bred og alsidig hverdag med tæt kontakt til produktions- og projektledere samt økonomi.

Opgaverne vedrørende løn og medarbejderadministration omfatter vores timelønnede medarbejdere i produktionen.

Dine opgaver vil bl.a. være:

  • Kontrol og godkendelse af timer og løngrundlag i SmartTid
  • Lønbehandling i DataLøn samt medarbejderoprettelse og ansættelseskontrakter
  • Administration af SmartTid, herunder oprettelse af medarbejdere
  • Beregning og kalkulation af omforandringer på vores udlejningsmoduler, herunder materialer, timer og opdatering af priser
  • Opfølgning på underentrepriser ved større projekter, herunder om fakturaer er modtaget i forhold til opgjort og udført arbejde
  • Oprettelse af moduler til udlejning i Business Central
  • Koordinering og gennemførelse af lageroptælling
  • Oprettelse og opfølgning på serviceaftaler i ACC Forma samt koordinering af service på eksisterende aftaler
  • Administration af arbejdstøj samt opfølgning på service og syn af biler

Hvem er du?

Vi forestiller os, at du er uddannet produktionsteknolog og gerne vil bruge din tekniske og produktionsmæssige forståelse i en funktion, hvor økonomi, økonomisk opfølgning og administration er en naturlig del af hverdagen.

Du har flair for tal og kalkulation, arbejder struktureret og har blik for, når noget ikke stemmer. Du er nysgerrig, tager ansvar og følger dine opgaver til dørs.

Samtidig trives du med en bred kontaktflade og kan kommunikere naturligt med ansatte på alle niveauer i organisationen.

Du har gode IT-kundskaber og er fortrolig med Microsoft 365. Vi arbejder desuden i Business Central, SmartTid og DataLøn. Kendskab til disse systemer er en fordel, men ikke et krav – vi sørger for den nødvendige oplæring.

Erfaring fra produktion, byggeri eller modulbyggeri vil være en fordel.
