3. Portfolio Governance and Planning Support

  • Support Lean Delivery Governance activities by preparing delivery health information, status inputs, and documented follow-up actions for checkpoints and portfolio reviews.
  • Lead dependency review forums to identify cross-team impacts, confirm accountable owners, and support timely follow-up on dependency-related actions.
  • Support intake, prioritization, planning, and portfolio review routines through reporting, analysis, and delivery insights.
  • Track and report on decisions, action items, and delivery commitments requiring portfolio-level follow-up, ensuring accountable owners are identified and progress is visible.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
