O escritório Abdon, Bordallo, Fontes e Fortunato Advogados está com oportunidade aberta para Advogado(a) Júnior, com atuação na área Cível.

Buscamos um(a) profissional responsável, organizado(a), comprometido(a) e com boa redação jurídica, que tenha interesse em desenvolver sua carreira em um ambiente dinâmico e colaborativo.

Principais atividades:

• Elaboração de petições iniciais, contestações, recursos e manifestações processuais;

• Acompanhamento de processos judiciais e administrativos;

• Controle de prazos e atualização dos sistemas internos;

• Realização de pesquisas de legislação, doutrina e jurisprudência;

• Atendimento e acompanhamento de clientes;

• Participação em audiências, reuniões e diligências;

• Apoio à equipe nas demandas da Cível.

Requisitos:

• Graduação completa em Direito;

• Inscrição ativa na OAB;

• Experiência profissional de até dois anos;

• Boa redação e capacidade de argumentação jurídica;

• Organização e responsabilidade no cumprimento de prazos;

• Boa comunicação e postura profissional;

• Conhecimento do processo judicial eletrônico.

Será considerado diferencial:

• Experiência prévia nas áreas de Família e Sucessões;

• Vivência em escritório de advocacia;

• Conhecimento do sistema Legal One;

• Facilidade no atendimento e relacionamento com clientes;

• Residir no Rio de Janeiro ou possuir fácil acesso ao Centro.

Local de trabalho: Rua do Ouvidor, nº 121, 23º andar, Centro – Rio de Janeiro/RJ.

Modalidade: Presencial.
