The posting

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their service needs, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.

Locations:

  • Jeddah

Requirements:

  • Diploma's degree in Mechanical Vehicle Engine, or related field preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • English proficiency is preferred
  • Eligible for Tamheer Program

Key responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers and assessing their service requirements.
  • Communicating effectively with customers to explain services, costs, and timelines.
  • Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Providing recommendations for additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service.
  • Assisting in managing the service department's workflow and scheduling appointments.
