Votre environnement de travail

Au sein de la Direction Marketing Stratégique et Expérience Client, vous intégrez l'équipe Parcours et Culture Client composez de 5 collaborateurs. Vous pilotez la vision globale de l'expérience client sur l'ensemble des parcours omnicanaux afin de garantir une expérience fluide, cohérente et performante à chaque interaction.

Vos missions

  • Définir et porter une vision transverse de l'expérience client de bout en bout,
  • Identifier les irritants clients et piloter les actions d'amélioration des parcours omnicanaux,
  • Conduire les projets stratégiques d'optimisation de l'espace personnel et du site internet, du cadrage jusqu'au suivi post mise en production.
  • Animer les ateliers métiers, coordonner les parties prenantes et accompagner le changement.
  • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des parcours.
  • Faire le lien entre les enjeux métiers, les contraintes IT et les attentes clients afin de garantir la réussite des projets.

Votre profil

  • Expérience confirmée en pilotage de projets digitaux et expérience client (5 ans minimum),
  • Forte orientation client et vision stratégique des parcours.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de structuration et de priorisation.
  • Aptitude à évoluer dans des environnements complexes et transverses.
  • Leadership, capacité à fédérer des équipes pluridisciplinaires et à accompagner la transformation.
  • Bonne compréhension des enjeux métiers, digitaux et technologiques.
  • Une première expérience en assurances serait un plus,
