Votre environnement de travail

Vous intégrez une équipe de 6 personnes au sein de la Direction Dommages aux biens - Agricole.

Vos Missions

Sous l’impulsion du manager, en qualité de référent technique, vous serez amené à :

  • Réaliser des règlements supérieurs aux pouvoirs des opérationnels
  • Participer aux soumissions techniques
  • Réaliser des contrôles a posteriori des gestionnaires compagnies
  • Faire des reporting de l'activité via la tenue de tableaux de bord (soumissions des opérationnels)
  • Participer à la création de gestion du service (RAP…)
  • Exercer le rôle de gestionnaire de sinistres agricole (petit portefeuille)
  • Piloter le service via Affectation du travail, gestion de crise (EGA)..., en interim de son manager (en congès ou sur demande)
  • Être en lien constant avec le manager de proximité pour participer à la montée en compétences et l’accompagnement des nouveaux collaborateurs, et pour s’approprier les dossiers compliqués (mal engagés, litigieux, client PPE) et sur les actions globales service

Votre profil

Formation/ expérience : Formation juridique Bac +3 minimum en droit des assurances, droit civil ou disposant d'une expérience de 5 ans minimum au sein d'un service indemnisation dommages/ RC.

Compétences et qualités clés : Forte capacité d'anticipation, d'organisation, de rigueur et esprit de synthèse.

Qualités rédactionnelles et aptitude à l'argumentation juridique.

Pédagogie, sens de l'écoute.

Aptitude à accompagner et montée en compétences des gestionnaires et des managers de proximité.

Aisance relationnelle esprit d'équipe diplomatie sont des atouts précieux.
